Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction with products and services.

• Serve as a key intermediary between the organization and its clients.

• Utilize Jenzabar data to tailor services and meet client needs while demonstrating return on investment.

• Deliver Client Service training focused on ongoing improvement.

• Conduct annual reviews with each client through visits and/or meetings.

• Identify, cultivate, and sustain strategic relationships with senior-level contacts.

• Collaborate with the Account Executive and Sales Manager to strategize on accounts for future sales opportunities.

• Gather client feedback to identify areas for product enhancement.

• Represent Jenzabar at relevant regional conferences within the territory.

• Gain a deeper insight into third-party relationships, opportunities, and market positioning.

• Conduct on-campus visits to clients.

• Employ AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve decision-making, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes where applicable.

• Exercise sound judgment and uphold ethical standards in AI usage, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human oversight.

• Complete additional assigned tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Higher Education and/or Client Service.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• A background in Higher Education with a solid understanding of the industry.

• Excellent communication skills paired with a positive demeanor.

• Previous experience as an Account Manager with a company focusing on products tailored to the Higher Education sector is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.

• Capability to visit clients on campus.

• Ability to cover the Kansas or New York territory.

• Must be eligible to work without employer-sponsored visa assistance.
