Client Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming sales leads during designated hours.

• Market the company's genealogy research services through phone, video, and email communications.

• Assist prospective clients in identifying solutions tailored to their research requirements.

• Build and sustain relationships with potential clients.

• Achieve deadlines as well as individual and team sales targets.

• Participate in virtual company meetings.

• Provide support for team members when necessary.

• Manage leads during specified incoming time windows.

• Take on additional shifts during periods of high demand or colleague absences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within professional or consulting services.

• Experience engaging with clients in the UK and internationally, with a willingness to adapt to their time zones.

• Skilled in telephone and video call sales, ideally without a script.

• Availability for a part-time position with a highly flexible schedule.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.

• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated success in meeting key performance indicators, including sales targets.

• Capability to establish trust and credibility.

• A quiet workspace equipped with a computer, reliable internet connection, and no distractions.

• Interest in and preferably some knowledge of genealogy.

• Must be able to align with UK time (GMT/BST), starting daily team check-ins and assigned shifts from 8:30 AM UK time.

• Must check voicemail and email every business day and attend monthly departmental and all-staff meetings.
