Client Solutions Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture Client Solutions team members.

• Collaborate with the Sales Area VP and Regional Directors to create sales, marketing, and training strategies.

• Guide people leaders, establish objectives, and perform annual evaluations.

• Create new business processes, protocols, and standards for Client Solutions.

• Foster communication and collaboration among the Client Solutions leadership team.

• Participate in client meetings as necessary to ensure successful engagement.

• Organize pre-sales resources for potential opportunities.

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in collaboration with the sales team.

• Initiate new discussions through peer networks and industry contacts.

• Position Optiv as a premier cybersecurity advisor and solutions provider.

• Conduct requirements analysis and qualification of opportunities.

• Oversee demonstrations and evaluations of security technologies.

• Align client expectations with Optiv’s service offerings and solution delivery.

• Cultivate relationships with vendor partners.

• Monitor industry trends and provide thought leadership, insights, and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.

• Preferred: Industry-recognized certifications.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% consistently.

• Proven skills in people leadership.

• Demonstrated record of successfully hiring, building, and maintaining high-performing teams.
