This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +21 more states.
• Act as the primary liaison for designated clients during the annual Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting process.
• Oversee project management, ensuring proactive communication and the effective delivery of services and resources.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with clients and members of the Lumelight team.
• Supervise and track client accounts to guarantee timely receipt of records and service information.
• Gather and analyze data for accuracy while assessing client engagement and satisfaction levels.
• Communicate proficiently with clients and team members.
• Detect problems or concerns and ensure timely responses and resolutions.
• Guarantee timely and precise reporting to fulfill contractual obligations and meet client expectations.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of benefit laws and regulations associated with the Affordable Care Act.
• Represent Lumelight in interactions with brokers and clients.
• Ensure quality control for clients involved in ACA reporting.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A college degree and/or two to four years of experience in client-facing roles that require consistent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Windows PCs.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• A customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing responsive support.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret information to inform decision-making.
• Preferred: understanding of employee benefits compliance principles and practices.
• Preferred: familiarity with federal laws and regulations as well as government report preparation.
• Preferred: industry experience relevant to Lumelight’s operations or customer needs.
• Experience with CRM, HRIS, ERP, or other business systems, as applicable.
