This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Oversee all aspects of recruiting operations, including sourcing, screening, and coordination tasks.
• Collaborate with the team daily to achieve performance targets and objectives.
• Optimize Cielo resources to fulfill goals.
• Recruit, evaluate performance, and facilitate career growth for a recruiting team.
• Create recruiting metrics and analytics in partnership with the Client Services Director.
• Offer leadership, motivation, and coaching to the recruiting team.
• Implement regular communication strategies, such as one-on-one meetings and team gatherings.
• Propel comprehensive, strategic hiring approaches, passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing initiatives, and recruitment technology applications.
• Oversee programs, events, and campaigns aimed at building candidate pipelines and advancing recruiting strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with client stakeholders and integrate seamlessly into client organizations.
• Collaborate with internal Cielo teams and client leaders during new client implementations.
• Execute Strategic Account Plans in conjunction with client HR and key stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate team meetings, partnering with the Client Services Director for business reviews.
• Engage with recruiters and hiring leaders to nurture relationships and establish trust.
• Address recruitment process requirements for one or more clients.
• Manage Cielo-specific metric reports and profit & loss statements.
• Oversee budgets and expense-tracking systems.
• Promote standardization, continuous improvement, and process consistency.
• Share best practices and drive organizational initiatives as part of the Cielo Client Service Management team.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• At least five years of results-driven leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Proven experience leading both virtual and on-site teams within a corporate talent acquisition setting, either in-house or in an RPO environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
• High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capability to oversee recruiting operations, including sourcing, screening, and coordination.
• Competence in managing hiring processes, performance evaluation, and career advancement for recruiting teams.
• Ability to create recruiting metrics and analytics.
• Skill in developing strategic hiring plans, passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing strategies, and utilizing recruitment technologies.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, expenses, profit & loss, and operational workflows.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of the required bachelor’s degree.
• Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
• Remote work is allowed.
