Client Services Partner – Fixed-Term, 6 Months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for patients throughout the tiered scan scheduling process and follow-up.

• Coordinate the workflows following scheduling with both sales and clinical teams.

• Facilitate home lab draws via third-party providers and guarantee prompt results.

• Distribute supplementary reports, including body composition analysis, advanced heart health assessments, and brain volume quantification.

• Monitor patient progress and proactively resolve any delays or issues.

• Oversee the Provider Education Program applications and assist participants throughout the process.

• Arrange physician scans and follow-up consultations.

• Maintain the database of physician education program applicants, tracking milestones and feedback.

• Serve as a liaison among patients, sales, and clinical teams.

• Provide preparation instructions, updates, and follow-up assistance.

• Address concerns, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction for both patients and physicians.

• Uphold confidentiality and compliance when managing patient and physician information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles, ideally within imaging, concierge medicine, or specialty healthcare.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on patient-centered service.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and medical record management systems.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment, with problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of patients and physicians.

• Adaptability to changing responsibilities.

• Experience collaborating with sales and physician relations teams is advantageous.

• Legally permitted to work in Canada at the time of hire.

• Must not require current or future employer sponsorship for a work visa.

• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
