Client Services Operations Administrator

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee both incoming and outgoing customer inquiries for designated clients

β€’ Formulate and execute policies and procedures that regulate the flow of client information

β€’ Set and implement performance and service benchmarks

β€’ Ensure that productivity aligns with or surpasses established service and quality standards

β€’ Build and sustain relationships within the industry

β€’ Offer coaching and guidance to Client Service Administrators

β€’ Liaise about assigned accounts with field teams and subcontractors

β€’ Take ownership of communicating requested process enhancements from assigned customers

β€’ Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate levels within the organization

β€’ Address and resolve client challenges

β€’ Proactively identify and rectify failures or potential failures before they impact customers

β€’ Develop expertise in assigned verticals

β€’ Collaborate with internal teams, service branches, and technical and operations managers to address complex administrative and service challenges

β€’ Commit to working 40+ hours per week and weekends when necessary


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent is required

β€’ A college degree is preferred; however, equivalent work experience is acceptable

β€’ 3–5 years of experience in client management

β€’ Experience in sales and billing is advantageous

β€’ Background in project management, project or peer leadership, customer service, and conflict resolution

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

β€’ Strong organizational and project management skills

β€’ Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

β€’ Detail-oriented nature

β€’ Willingness to learn new business unit software programs as required

β€’ Must demonstrate a sense of urgency when addressing client and partner issues

β€’ Possess strategic and innovative thinking skills
