This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational transparency.
• Identify and oversee initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue cycle performance, enhancing financial outcomes, and fulfilling contractual obligations.
• Establish effective relationships with internal operations, leadership, clients, and vendors.
• Collaborate with client executives and operational leaders to achieve desired performance outcomes.
• Monitor key metrics and documentation to manage client satisfaction and retention effectively.
• Initiate and implement strategies to enhance client and internal profitability and performance.
• Follow up on client feedback and concerns, tracking improvement plans accordingly.
• Act as a liaison between clients and operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct typically monthly reviews with clients.
• Serve as an escalation point, proactively managing and resolving customer issues.
• Monitor progress and opportunities across both internal and external teams.
• Inform customers about any changes to services.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive performance and minimize attrition.
• Ensure that key customers are referenceable advocates to support sales efforts.
• Create ad hoc and scheduled operational performance reports, including insights on trends and anomalies, for presentation to assigned clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in physician revenue cycle management, preferably within a large medical center practice.
• Familiarity with client management and physician revenue cycle practices.
• Confident in delivering presentations to both internal and external executive leadership.
• Technical knowledge of revenue cycle technology platforms.
• Ability to translate regulatory, business environment, and technical insights into actionable plans and issue resolutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong aptitude for client management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving and creative skills, demonstrating sound judgment and the capability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of integrity and dependability, complemented by a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
• Ability to follow directions, collaborate effectively with others, and manage stress.
• Must adhere to Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Required to use, protect, and disclose patients’ PHI only in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Must limit access to PHI to the minimum necessary for performing assigned duties.
