This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead a team of recruiters across one or multiple client accounts
• Provide exceptional client services and strive to exceed client expectations
• Establish performance standards and objectives for the team
• Evaluate progress and identify areas for performance improvement
• Coach and offer constructive feedback to team members
• Conduct individual and team meetings
• Complete performance management processes
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
• Collaborate with internal Cielo teams and client leadership on onboarding new clients
• Develop metrics and analytics for recruiting, including time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction, recruiter productivity, and candidate sourcing
• Foster relationships and trust with recruiters and hiring leaders
• Oversee programs, events, and campaigns to create candidate pipelines
• Formulate strategic hiring initiatives, including outreach to passive candidates and recruitment marketing strategies
• Engage in client meetings to provide updates and share data
• Address any service delivery gaps with appropriate remediation plans
• Support the recruitment needs of clients
• Effectively utilize shared delivery resources and Cielo assets
• Manage Cielo-specific metric reports and profit & loss statements
• Promote process standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency
• Share best practices and contribute to organizational initiatives
• Offer guidance, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate the professional growth of recruiters
• Perform additional duties as required
• Previous experience in a results-driven talent acquisition or human resources position
• Experience in coaching peers or leading a team
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is preferred
• Full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week
• Option for remote work
