Client Services Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee client relationships while ensuring exceptional service and delivery.

• Manage a portfolio of clients dealing with Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities.

• Handle day-to-day operations and ensure timely reporting delivery.

• Independently manage transactions with minimal oversight.

• Develop technical report specifications based on indenture language.

• Configure payment calculations within internal systems.

• Collect, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports.

• Collaborate with operations teams to guarantee accurate payment processing.

• Conduct quality control evaluations of reports to ensure punctuality and precision.

• Execute portfolio compliance assessments on structured fixed income transactions (trade testing).

• Frequently engage with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.

• Deliver outstanding service to a portfolio of Loan Clients in the Corporate Trust sector.

• Take part in proposals for new clients.

• Lead projects related to business development.

• Execute tax elections, apply for EINs, and monitor residual holder transfers.

• Analyze and interpret trust indentures concerning reporting obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or in a similar field.

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, as well as industry standards and practices.

• Preferred intermediate to advanced experience with TranStar.

• Proficient speaking and writing communication abilities.
