Client Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and text messages promptly to assist clients with inquiries and status updates on their requests.

• Accurately document all client interactions, task progress, and account notes within Karbon, HubSpot, and Salesmsg.

• Direct complex inquiries related to accounting, payroll, and tax to the appropriate staff members or accounting leads.

• Keep track of open client requests, monitor follow-up tasks, and ensure effective communication during peak tax periods.

• Identify any potential service issues, client worries, or communication delays and escalate them to firm managers as needed.

• Ensure client confidentiality and manage sensitive financial and tax documents with the highest level of professionalism.

• Foster positive client relationships through proactive communication, empathetic listening, clear expectations, and dependable follow-through.

• Collaborate with internal teams in tax, bookkeeping, and accounting to ensure efficient service delivery and workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in client service, customer support, or account coordination in an accounting, tax, or financial services setting is essential.

• Proven experience with firm management and CRM platforms such as Karbon, HubSpot, or Salesmsg.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and communication software for business phone, text, and email.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and empathetic telephone presence.

• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple client priorities effectively.

• Good professional judgment in determining when to resolve client concerns independently or when to escalate them to senior tax staff.
