This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• **Your Responsibilities Include:**
• - **Client Relationship Management**
• - Act as the main point of contact for a designated group of client households, ensuring an outstanding client experience throughout the relationship.
• - Develop trusted, long-lasting relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and attentive service.
• - Anticipate client needs and actively seek opportunities to improve the client experience.
• - Manage and resolve client requests while ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
• - Collaborate with Advisors and Private Wealth Planners to guarantee clients receive coordinated, comprehensive financial guidance.
• - **Client Meeting Coordination**
• - Oversee all aspects of client meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, gathering financial information, and developing meeting materials.
• - Lead client service meetings and engage with Advisors and Private Wealth Planners during financial planning discussions.
• - Create detailed meeting summaries, document recommendations, and coordinate post-meeting action items.
• - Ensure the completion of all follow-up tasks accurately and within established service standards.
• - **Financial Planning & Client Support**
• - Assist Advisors and Private Wealth Planners in executing financial planning recommendations.
• - Develop financial planning materials, cash flow projections, investment reports, and other deliverables for clients.
• - Coordinate activities related to estate planning, insurance planning, retirement planning, and investment implementation.
• - Support clients throughout the implementation phase while ensuring a seamless experience across all service areas.
• - **Account Administration & Operations**
• - Manage new account openings, account maintenance, transfers, money movement requests, beneficiary updates, and other account servicing tasks.
• - Prepare and process custodian paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• - Act as a liaison between clients, custodians, and internal team members to ensure timely completion of requests.
• - Monitor ongoing service requests and proactively update clients and team members on their status.
• - **CRM & Operational Excellence**
• - Maintain accurate and complete client records in Tamarac CRM and other firm systems.
• - Manage client workflows, tasks, and activities while ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
• - Safeguard the integrity of client data and ensure documentation meets firm standards.
• - Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the client experience.
• - **Collaboration & Teamwork**
• - Work closely with Advisors, Private Wealth Planners, Investment Operations, Insurance Specialists, and fellow Client Service Executives to provide coordinated client service.
• - Share knowledge, best practices, and resources to support the ongoing development of the Client Service team.
• - Participate in departmental initiatives, process improvements, and firm-wide projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational excellence.
• - Promote a collaborative, positive, and client-centric culture throughout the organization.
• **What You’ll Bring:**
• - **5+ years of experience** in client service, relationship management, wealth management operations, or a comparable role within an RIA, broker-dealer, family office, or financial services firm.
• - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• - Series 65 or Series 66 preferred (waived with CFP® certification or equivalent designation where applicable).
• - Proven experience supporting high-net-worth clients and managing complex financial planning and investment relationships.
• - Strong understanding of investment accounts, retirement plans, trust accounts, account servicing, and money movement processes.
• - Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• - Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across multiple departments.
• - Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, and client service.
• - Ability to excel in a remote work environment while maintaining high accountability.
