Client Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on fostering enduring client relationships by enhancing influence, boosting retention, resolving issues, and promoting satisfaction.

• Exemplify best practices in client, project, and change management.

• Deliver training on the EDPlan Health system for both end users and administrators.

• Lead client engagements, interactions, and meetings within the health sector.

• Utilize nursing expertise to cultivate client relationships and address potential challenges.

• Proactively identify issues and offer solutions to clients.

• Generate enthusiasm among clients regarding new EDPlan Health features, functionalities, and services.

• Provide insights on evolving client requirements and service enhancements.

• Offer Tier 2 or 3 support via Zendesk for EDPlan Health.

• Oversee multiple projects and clients concurrently.

• Collaborate with Regional Teams and other functional departments to fulfill client needs.

• Develop meeting materials and respond to data or reporting inquiries.

• Act as an internal contact point for Regional Teams.

• Function as the primary contact for client change requests.

• Coordinate change requests, product feedback, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed registered nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Familiarity with electronic nursing documentation systems (SIS or EHR).

• 2-5 years of experience in managing client relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and clients at once.

• Must be a resident of Oklahoma.

• Travel within Oklahoma is required - 50%, with occasional out-of-state travel.
