Client Relations Representative – SIRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide support and service to current commercial insurance clients

• Take initiative in managing policy renewals

• Aid in modifications of coverage, billing inquiries, and other service requests

• Collaborate closely with insurance advisors and carrier partners to meet client needs swiftly and professionally

• Keep precise records and contribute to client retention efforts

• Assist clients with inquiries through effective communication and relationship-focused customer service

• Recognize opportunities to enhance client relationships by anticipating needs and providing education

• Adhere to established procedures for routine tasks and resolve standard issues

• Evaluate basic information and standard practices to inform decisions that impact work performed

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred

• General Lines Agent – Property & Casualty License is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance (commercial lines is preferred)

• Proven attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities

• Strong experience in account management and client service, including renewals, policy servicing, and client follow-up

• Proficient in computer systems and CRM platforms

• Typically requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience
