Client Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound communications through calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients.

• Respond swiftly to incoming inquiries and assist clients with their initial questions.

• Engage in discussions to identify client needs and objectives.

• Clearly articulate service offerings and suggest appropriate next steps.

• Arrange follow-up calls or connect clients with the appropriate team members.

• Record interactions and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM system.

• Act as a critical first point of contact to present Nuvant's financial solutions and guide clients toward their next steps.

• A confident, friendly communicator who excels in a client-facing role.

• Highly organized and comfortable in a remote working environment.

• A people-first mentality with excellent listening and follow-up abilities.

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or a client-facing position is advantageous.
