Client Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound communications through calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients.

• Promptly address inbound inquiries and assist clients with their initial questions.

• Engage in discussions to identify client needs and objectives.

• Clearly articulate service offerings and suggest appropriate next steps.

• Arrange follow-up calls or connect clients with the appropriate team members.

• Document interactions and maintain precise records in the CRM.

• Present Nuvant's services and guide potential clients toward the next step.

• Confident and friendly communicator who excels in client-facing scenarios.

• Well-organized and comfortable working in a remote environment.

• A people-first mindset with excellent listening and follow-up abilities.

• Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or a client-facing role is advantageous.
