Client Relationship Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Promote the company's services by visiting client locations.

• Assist merchants with the processes of verification and activation.

• Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance.

• Provide face-to-face support and consultations for current customers.

• Engage in activities that are either system-scheduled or self-initiated.

• Ensure that new merchants within the assigned portfolio complete their registration.

• Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage of services.

• Escalate issues by creating cases for problems that fall outside of your resolution capabilities.

• Present product features and benefits to clients in an engaging manner.

• Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a financial services institution or the retail/hospitality (Horeca) sectors.

• A solid understanding of the features and advantages of financial products and services.

• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Exceptional negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational and diary management abilities.

• Resilience and the capability to manage objections effectively.

• Ability to engage with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in computer skills and a tech-savvy mindset.

• Fluent in English.

• Must possess a fully valid Irish or European driving license.

• Must have access to a personal vehicle.
