Client Protection Agent – Entry Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Access the system to retrieve a queue of incoming life insurance leads.

• Engage with potential clients via phone or Zoom who have expressed interest in obtaining information.

• Assess clients' family dynamics, budget constraints, and current insurance coverage.

• Assist clients in selecting a suitable life insurance policy tailored to their needs.

• Conduct approximately five to fifteen lead conversations each day.

• Complete the required training provided in the training portal.

• Seek guidance from a mentor when navigating challenging client interactions.

• Connect clients with appropriate policies through a network of over 60 carrier partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree is not necessary.

• Previous experience in the insurance industry is not required.

• Must be comfortable engaging with individuals over the phone on a daily basis.

• Must be open to coaching and willing to implement feedback.

• Should be consistent and capable of managing the lead queue.

• Must reside within the United States.

• Should be a U.S. citizen or a legal resident.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• A Life & Health insurance license is required, or the willingness to obtain one.

• Residing in the El Paso area is an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
