This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Take charge of the commercial success and profit & loss of a portfolio comprising strategic client accounts.
• Drive quarterly revenue goals through the development of new and expanded Statements of Work.
• Establish advisory-level relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.
• Position and promote Agentic AI solutions, which encompass autonomous workflows, AI agents integrated within business processes, and AI-enhanced product delivery models.
• Convert client challenges into Agentic AI-led Statements of Work, including assessments of AI readiness, agent design and orchestration, as well as enterprise workflow transformation.
• Generate executive alignment around the return on investment driven by AI, productivity enhancements, cost reductions, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Delivery Leaders to shape and secure high-value engagements.
• Utilize Stride's chair and CEO to strengthen relationships and facilitate growth.
• Ensure the realization of existing Statement of Work revenues and proactively mitigate revenue attrition.
• Manage delivery risks in a proactive manner alongside the account team.
• Escalate issues and partner with Stride executives and delivery teams to find resolutions.
• Step in when senior-level intervention is necessary.
• Act as Stride's senior representative to client executives.
• Educate senior client stakeholders on agentic workflows, AI operating models, and readiness within the organization.
• Facilitate high-level discussions centered on outcomes and transformation.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to exceed client expectations.
• Advocate for an Agentic AI mindset internally and assist in advancing Stride’s consulting practices toward AI-enhanced and agent-driven execution.
• Engage with Stride’s chair and CEO for guidance and feedback.
• Proven experience in owning and growing strategic client accounts within consulting or professional services.
• Background in selling and delivering tailored software engineering and/or AI services.
• Track record of managing multi-million-dollar portfolios successfully.
• Strong executive presence.
• Excellent consultative selling abilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States.
