This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide education to potential clients about the enrollment process and address any concerns that may hinder their booking.
• Oversee outbound communications to assist prospective clients in establishing care and scheduling their initial session.
• Encourage disengaged patients to initiate care and set up their first appointment.
• Determine client needs and deliver clear, accessible mental health information.
• Promote clinical utilization and care compliance to enhance health outcomes.
• Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Accurately and promptly document client activities in the CRM and patient portal.
• Familiarize yourself with the Two Chairs care model and client journey.
• Independently manage client interactions utilizing client portal and CRM tools.
• Contribute to enrollment and scheduling objectives and efficient provider matching.
• Address the reasons why prospective clients may not enter care.
• Maintain high-quality and responsive communications with clients.
• Experience in healthcare customer service or in complex, fast-paced support environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or patient portals for managing workflows and communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify intricate information for clients.
• A collaborative attitude and the capability to work efficiently within a team setting.
• Reliability, adaptability, and a proactive mindset for problem-solving.
• Capacity to manage high-volume, dynamic workflows while maintaining empathy and attention to detail.
• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
