Client Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist new and prospective clients in navigating Task Buddie’s onboarding process.

• Conduct onboarding calls to identify client requirements, objectives, and service compatibility.

• Clearly and confidently articulate service offerings, workflows, and subsequent steps.

• Facilitate the transition from sales discussions to active client partnerships.

• Organize scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups to guarantee a seamless initiation.

• Keep precise records and notes within the CRM system.

• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to enhance onboarding workflows and communication.

• Prior experience in sales onboarding, account management, or client support is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
