Group Product Manager, Onboarding – Agentic Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the implementation of the agentic onboarding strategy for both new and existing clients.

• Foster agentic success through analytics, health assessments, and actionable recommendations.

• Oversee support resolutions via agent-based problem-solving.

• Leverage field data to inform future strategic phases.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Agent Platform, and post-sales teams.

• Coordinate domain teams engaged in customer onboarding with defined ownership and shared accountability.

• Establish and monitor metrics related to time to value, product usage, support resolutions, and customer churn.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in product management, including the oversight of Product Managers.

• Proven ability to execute complex, multi-team strategies that yield measurable outcomes.

• Background in enhancing onboarding, activation, or time-to-value in B2B SaaS environments.

• Experience in launching AI-driven or agentic products.

• Proficient in evaluating and understanding data science trade-offs.

• Ability to work closely with operations, implementation, support, and customer success teams.

• Strong communication skills with executives.

• Sound judgment for decision-making in ambiguous situations.

• Experience in vertical SaaS or field service sectors is advantageous.
