Client Matching Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete client engagement process from start to finish.

• Comprehend customer intake forms and utilize organization-wide ATS systems to identify candidates who meet the necessary skill requirements.

• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates for alignment with client needs.

• Facilitate discovery calls, assess client requirements, showcase Wing's value, and introduce vetted candidates during calls.

• Finalize agreements, propose subsequent steps, and formalize contracts via Discord/JRF within 30–60 minutes.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate pool categorized by role, industry, and availability.

• Generate 2–3 credible candidate matches from a brief with only 10–30 minutes' notice.

• Verify candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min, and identify alternative candidates prior to calls.

• Complete compliance checks and formal matching following deal closure.

• Ensure that CSM/TA are kept informed about onboarding status in real-time.

• Manage internal workflows through Discord.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have personally driven outbound/discovery processes through to closure — not merely passed on qualified leads.

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing with a genuine same-day turnaround, as opposed to extended pipelines.

• Comfortable with improvisation in real-time — capable of guiding a call and briefing a candidate within 10–15 minutes on the fly.

• Naturally fast and responsive — this role operates on a time frame of minutes, not hours.

• Background in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services sales.

• Already adept at working asynchronously in Discord/Slack as the primary source of truth.

• Proven history of maintaining a proactive “warm bench” of backup candidates.

• Track record of foreseeing potential issues (such as candidate no-shows or client hesitations) before they arise.
