Client Matching Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.

📋 Description

• Comprehend potential customer insights through intake forms and utilize organization-wide ATS systems to identify suitable candidates.

• Conduct interviews to assess alignment with client specifications.

• Execute comprehensive discovery calls and evaluate client requirements.

• Showcase Wing Assistant’s value and introduce live, vetted candidates during client discussions.

• Secure deals while interest is at its peak and suggest next steps before concluding the call.

• Formalize agreements in Discord/JRF within 30–60 minutes.

• Maintain an up-to-date, taggable candidate idle-pool categorized by role, industry, and availability.

• Retrieve 2–3 credible candidate matches from a loose brief with 10–30 minutes’ notice.

• Verify candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min and identify potential backups.

• Complete compliance and formal matching after securing a deal.

• Keep CSM/TA updated on onboarding progress in real time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Has personally managed the outbound/discovery process through to closure — not merely passing off qualified leads.

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing with a genuine same-day turnaround, avoiding multi-day pipelines.

• Comfortable with live improvisation — capable of guiding a call and briefing a candidate in 10–15 minutes on the spot.

• Naturally fast and responsive — this role operates on minutes, not hours.

• Background in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services sales.

• Already adept at working asynchronously in Discord/Slack as the primary communication platform.

• Proven history of maintaining a “warm bench” of backup candidates proactively.

• Track record of anticipating potential problems (candidate no-shows, client hesitations) before they arise.
