Client Manager, Commercial Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for clients, delivering prompt and professional assistance.

• Oversee the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners in P&C and Life & Health sectors.

• Aid in gathering underwriting information and preparing submission documents.

• Foster strong relationships with carriers to obtain competitive quotes and solutions for clients.

• Ensure successful account renewals and retention through proactive service and relationship management.

• Keep accurate and current records in the AMS360 agency management system.

• Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal teams to meet client needs.

• Efficiently and accurately manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 5+ years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field.

• Possession of an active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is advantageous.

• Must exhibit attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

• Required to hold an active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H).
