Client Integration Lead – Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess the accounting requirements of new clients, evaluate their systems and records, and outline the necessary tasks for a successful initiation.

• Perform accounting setup and cleanup tasks, document client workflows, and ensure the service team is prepared for a seamless transition.

• Implement technology integrations and establish connections for various third-party client platforms.

• Serve as the primary liaison for the client during the initial months, including facilitating meetings and following up on action items.

• Foster client cooperation, collect essential information, and follow up on any outstanding items while keeping clients updated.

• Assist with routine accounting tasks when the team is understaffed.

• Reduce the time required to onboard clients while maintaining accuracy and a positive client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 1 year of project management experience or equivalent training is preferred.

• Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms.

• Able to manage competing priorities and delegate effectively.

• Comfortable engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members.

• An analytical thinker with strong creative problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in a remote setting with a distributed team.

• Must reside in one of the states where we are established: Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, or Minnesota.
