Client Integration Lead, Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess the accounting requirements of new clients, evaluate their systems and records, and outline the necessary steps for a successful onboarding process.

• Perform accounting setup and cleanup tasks.

• Record client procedures and prepare the service team for an effective transition.

• Implement technology integrations and connections for various third-party client platforms.

• Serve as the main client liaison during the initial months, organize meetings, and track action items.

• Foster client collaboration, collect essential information, and follow up on outstanding items while keeping clients updated.

• Assist with standard accounting tasks when the team is understaffed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

• Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and delegating tasks effectively.

• Highly comfortable engaging with both clients and internal team members.

• An analytical thinker proficient in innovative problem-solving.

• Experience working in a remote setting with a distributed team.

• Must reside in one of the states where the company operates: Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, or Minnesota.
