Client Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with current and prospective clients

• Accurately verify client information

• Outline the intake process, client experience, and anticipated next steps

• Arrange consultations and appointments

• Follow up with enrolled clients who have yet to connect with the relevant team

• Assist clients who have not completed their enrollment

• Attend to client concerns and objections with empathy

• Professional de-escalation of challenging conversations

• Provide clients with information regarding processes and next steps without offering professional or legal advice

• Accurately document every interaction in the CRM

• Aid clients in obtaining necessary documents and records

• Escalate complaints and sensitive situations following established protocols

• Adhere to established processes, procedures, and compliance standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within a phone-based or client-facing role

• Experience managing both inbound and outbound calls

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities

• Proven empathy and emotional intelligence

• Ability to handle emotionally charged discussions in a professional manner

• Keen attention to detail

• Capacity to adhere to strict compliance guidelines

• Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute accurately

• Comfortable navigating multiple applications and windows while engaging with clients and documenting information

• Effective performance in a fast-paced work environment

• Dependable attendance and availability, particularly during the initial 90 days
