Client Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with current and prospective clients

• Accurately verify client information

• Clarify the intake process, client journey, and anticipated next steps

• Arrange consultations and appointments

• Follow up with enrolled clients who have not engaged with the relevant team

• Assist clients who have not finalized the enrollment process

• Attend to client concerns and objections with empathy

• Professionally de-escalate difficult conversations

• Educate clients on processes and subsequent steps without offering professional or legal advice

• Precisely document all interactions in the CRM

• Aid clients in obtaining necessary documents and records

• Escalate complaints and sensitive matters according to established protocols

• Adhere to established processes, procedures, and compliance requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a phone-based or client-facing role

• Experience managing both incoming and outgoing calls

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities

• Proven empathy and emotional intelligence

• Ability to navigate emotionally charged conversations with professionalism

• Keen attention to detail

• Capability to adhere to strict compliance guidelines

• Proficiency in typing at least 35 words per minute accurately

• Comfortable utilizing multiple applications and windows while interacting with clients and recording information

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable attendance and availability, especially during the initial 90 days
