Client Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with both new and existing clients

• Accurately verify client information

• Describe the intake procedure, client journey, and anticipated next steps

• Organize consultations and appointments

• Follow up with enrolled clients who have not engaged with the appropriate team

• Assist clients who have not finalized their enrollment

• Address client concerns and objections with empathy

• Professionally de-escalate difficult conversations

• Inform clients about processes and upcoming steps without giving professional or legal advice

• Precisely document every interaction in the CRM

• Aid clients in obtaining necessary documents and records

• Escalate complaints and sensitive matters in accordance with established procedures

• Adhere to established processes, procedures, and compliance requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a phone-based or client-facing role

• Proficient in managing both inbound and outbound calls

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

• Proven empathy and emotional intelligence

• Capable of managing emotionally charged conversations in a professional manner

• High attention to detail

• Ability to adhere to strict compliance guidelines

• Capable of typing at least 35 words per minute accurately

• Comfortable multitasking across various applications and windows while interacting with clients and documenting details

• Effective in a fast-paced work environment

• Reliable attendance and availability, especially during the initial 90 days
