Client Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with both new and existing clients

• Accurately verify client information

• Describe the intake process, client journey, and anticipated next steps

• Arrange consultations and appointments

• Follow up with enrolled clients who have not engaged with the relevant team

• Assist clients who have not finalized their enrollment

• Address client concerns and objections with empathy

• Professionally de-escalate difficult conversations

• Guide clients through the process and next steps without offering professional or legal advice

• Diligently document every interaction in the CRM system

• Support clients in obtaining necessary documents and records

• Escalate complaints and sensitive issues in accordance with established protocols

• Adhere to established processes, procedures, and compliance standards

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a phone-based or client-facing role

• Experience managing both inbound and outbound calls

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities

• Proven empathy and emotional intelligence

• Proficient in handling emotionally charged conversations with professionalism

• Keen attention to detail

• Ability to adhere to strict compliance guidelines

• Capability to type at least 35 words per minute accurately

• Comfortable navigating multiple applications and windows while conversing with clients and documenting information

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable attendance and availability, especially during the first 90 days
