Client Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with new and existing clients.

• Accurately verify client information.

• Outline the intake process, client journey, and anticipated next steps.

• Schedule consultations and appointments efficiently.

• Follow up with enrolled clients who have not connected with the relevant team.

• Assist clients who have not completed their enrollment process.

• Address client concerns and objections with empathy.

• Professionally de-escalate challenging conversations.

• Educate clients on processes and next steps, avoiding the provision of professional or legal advice.

• Meticulously document each interaction in the CRM.

• Support clients in obtaining necessary documents and records.

• Escalate complaints and sensitive matters in accordance with established procedures.

• Adhere to established processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a phone-based or client-facing role.

• Experience managing both inbound and outbound calls.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Proven empathy and emotional intelligence.

• Capable of handling emotionally charged discussions with professionalism.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to comply with strict guidelines.

• Proficient typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with accuracy.

• Comfortable operating across multiple applications and windows while engaging with clients and documenting information.

• Effective performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Consistent attendance and availability, especially during the initial 90 days.

• Possess a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

• Reliable wired Ethernet internet connection.

• Adequate power backup solution.

• Background check is mandatory.

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
