Client Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with current and prospective clients

• Accurately verify client information

• Describe the intake process, client journey, and anticipated next steps

• Arrange consultations and appointments

• Follow up with enrolled clients who have not connected with the designated team

• Assist clients who have not finalized their enrollment

• Address client concerns and objections with empathy

• Professionally de-escalate challenging conversations

• Educate clients on procedures and next steps without offering professional or legal advice

• Accurately document every interaction in the CRM

• Aid clients in obtaining necessary documents and records

• Escalate complaints and sensitive issues according to established protocols

• Adhere to established processes, procedures, and compliance standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a phone-based or client-facing role

• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

• Proven empathy and emotional intelligence

• Capability to handle emotionally charged discussions in a professional manner

• Keen attention to detail

• Ability to adhere to strict compliance guidelines

• Proficient typing skills of at least 35 words per minute accurately

• Comfortable navigating multiple applications and windows while interacting with clients and documenting information

• Capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Consistent attendance and availability, especially during the initial 90 days

• Quiet and distraction-free workspace
