Client Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with new and existing clients

• Accurately verify client information

• Clearly explain the intake process, client journey, and anticipated next steps

• Arrange consultations and appointments

• Follow up with enrolled clients who have not engaged with the appropriate team

• Assist clients who have yet to complete the enrollment process

• Listen attentively to client concerns and objections, responding with empathy

• Professionally de-escalate challenging conversations

• Educate clients on processes and next steps without offering professional or legal advice

• Accurately document every interaction in the CRM

• Aid clients in obtaining necessary documents and records

• Escalate complaints and sensitive issues according to established protocols

• Adhere to established processes, procedures, and compliance requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a phone-based or client-facing role

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities

• Proven empathy and emotional intelligence

• Capacity to manage emotionally charged conversations professionally

• Keen attention to detail

• Ability to adhere to strict compliance standards

• Proficient typing skills of at least 35 words per minute with accuracy

• Comfortable navigating multiple applications and windows while conversing with clients and documenting information

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable attendance and availability, especially during the initial 90 days
