This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Act as the main point of contact for client communications via calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Assess inquiries, determine client needs, arrange consultations, and assist prospective clients through the intake process.
• Foster relationships, follow up on inquiries, and facilitate the conversion of leads into retained clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and consultation objectives.
• Oversee calendars, inboxes, communications, and deadlines.
• Offer daily operational support to the management team.
• Keep precise client records in CRM systems, documenting interactions, follow-ups, and intake progress.
• Utilize knowledge of U.S. legal processes and terminology when engaging with clients and coordinating consultations.
• Identify and escalate inquiries that necessitate attorney review or legal advice.
• May need to complete a brief video assessment simulating a role-specific scenario.
• At least 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous professional experience with U.S. law, a U.S.-based law firm, or U.S. legal matters.
• Experience in U.S. immigration law or another sector of U.S. law is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. legal terminology, legal processes, and client intake procedures.
• Comfortable using CRM software, virtual communication tools, and scheduling applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and capability to multitask.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional and confident communication skills when engaging with clients about legal services.
• Ability to comprehend, organize, and accurately document client information while ensuring confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Availability to work standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time or an alternative shift arrangement.
