This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and implement client engagement initiatives and events that enhance relationships and support Woolpert's growth objectives.
• Oversee conferences, client gatherings, executive meetings, hospitality initiatives, and webinars.
• Organize logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, sponsorships, and on-site execution.
• Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure programs facilitate meaningful client interactions and effective follow-up.
• Create tailored client experiences before, during, and after events.
• Assist with executive briefings, client visits, and appreciation activities.
• Collect client and internal feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Link individual engagements to clients' broader relationships with Woolpert.
• Collaborate with Sales and account teams to ensure engagement strategies align with account objectives.
• Align engagement efforts with business priorities and identify key clients and prospects.
• Facilitate pre-event engagement strategies, meeting plans, lead capture initiatives, and post-event follow-ups.
• Work with Creative and Communications teams on messaging, invitations, and materials.
• Establish objectives and success metrics; monitor participation, leads, pipeline influence, and feedback.
• Create post-event summaries that include results, insights, and recommendations.
• Contribute to collective Client Experience tools, processes, and playbooks.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in event marketing, client engagement, customer experience, field marketing, hospitality, or a similar field, including independently managing conferences, client events, or executive engagements.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
• Capability to build strong relationships with executives, clients, and vendors.
• Experience in managing vendors, contracts, venues, sponsorships, and logistics.
• Ability to connect event activities to business results.
• Willingness and capability to travel as necessary.
• Applicants must already have work authorization in the country where the job is located.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Preferred: Experience in architecture, engineering, geospatial, consulting, technology, or professional services.
• Preferred: Background in a collaborative event, field marketing, or client-experience team.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM, event management, marketing automation, and project management software.
• Preferred: Experience with lead capture, follow-up, ROI reporting, client journey mapping, or lifecycle/account-based experience strategies.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting executive-level or strategic account engagements.
