Client Experience Consultant, Client Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement client-focused enablement strategies, including live training sessions, educational programs, webinars, and other facilitated experiences.

• Take responsibility for the ongoing quality and effectiveness of enablement by assessing curricula, maintaining programs, and continuously improving them as products evolve.

• Conduct live client training sessions and assist the Release & Enablement Program Manager with internal training deliveries as required.

• Collaborate with Professional Services on onboarding processes and work with Client Success on moments of adoption.

• Leverage AI tools to prepare, customize, and efficiently scale enablement efforts in alignment with the AI Center of Excellence.

• Provide insights from live sessions and client interactions to enhance content, Academy, and program design.

• Work in partnership with the Client Experience Consultant and Knowledge & Content teams to create materials that support live sessions.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience in client education, training/facilitation, customer enablement, customer marketing, or a related area, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Excellent live facilitation and presentation abilities, with confidence in leading client-facing sessions and adapting in real-time.

• Demonstrates ownership of enablement quality over time, possessing a strong intuition for determining the success and adoption impact of a session or program.

• Capable of taking broad directives and executing them independently, transforming high-level requests into polished enablement without requiring exhaustive detail.

• Appreciates variety across different types of client enablement initiatives.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to prepare and scale enablement while preserving quality and sound judgment.

• Candidates seeking employment in the US must possess work authorization that does not currently or will not in the future require sponsorship for a visa for employment authorization within the United States.
