Client Experience Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls for clients’ businesses from the comfort of your home

• Record leads, process orders, schedule appointments, and deliver messages to clients

• Manage standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls

• Complete compensated training followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development that includes live calls and continuous support

• Uphold quality, accuracy, readiness percentage, and after-call work-time performance

• Adhere to a consistent, fast-paced schedule with possible consecutive calls

• Select weekly shifts, with priority based on performance tier

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be physically located and working in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona throughout the duration of employment

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Friendly, positive demeanor and a sincere desire to assist others

• Attentive listener who maintains composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations

• Reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts

• Proficient computer skills

• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM

• Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new call types and tools

• Computer and internet connection must satisfy system and internet specifications prior to starting

• Required to complete a background check after receiving a conditional offer

• Capable of working 40 hours per week, including at least 8 hours on both Friday and Saturday

• Able to commit to a full-time schedule for the next 6 months between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time

• Flexibility to work assigned shifts based on performance and organizational needs
