This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the commercial relationship and account strategy for a designated portfolio of active health systems with revenue potential ranging from $5–7M.
• Establish connections with operational, managerial, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly and annual executive business reviews that address performance, peer benchmarking, and the agenda for the upcoming quarter.
• Maintain gross and net retention objectives; manage renewal and upsell narratives, terms, closing strategies, and renewal forecasting.
• Define, implement, and report on contracted financial and operational outcomes, as well as savings cases.
• Direct Customer Success Managers, Implementation teams, and Product/FDE leads by establishing strategy, sequencing tasks, and escalating issues as necessary.
• Identify, develop, and finalize expansions within existing accounts, which may include new modules, service lines, and entities.
• Foster customer advocates for case studies and references.
• Communicate account risks to leadership and convert feedback regarding adoption, friction, and pricing into actionable insights for Product, Sales, and Leadership.
• By the end of 90 days, assume control of the portfolio, validate value baselines, deliver executive business reviews, map stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities, and manage the renewal forecast.
• After 12 months, achieve gross retention, secure expansions across multiple health systems, implement value reporting, and convert at least one customer into a public reference.
• Over 10 years of experience in a commercial role within healthcare SaaS or health technology catering to hospitals, health systems, or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Previous personal accountability for a renewal, expansion, or growth quota, demonstrating specific results.
• Proven history of conducting business reviews and commercial discussions with C-suite and VP-level health system leaders.
• Proficiency in constructing and defending a quantified financial case before executives.
• Ability to effectively operate through others while being responsible for outcomes not directly managed.
• Familiarity with health system ERP and supply chain systems, including Workday, Oracle, Infor, and GHX, as well as EHR environments such as Epic is advantageous.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
