Client Enrichment Consultant

📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Sage Intacct and associated financial system solutions.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to comprehend client business processes, financial workflows, reporting requirements, and system specifications.

• Design and propose scalable Intacct configurations and best-practice solutions that align with client goals.

• Oversee and assist with Intacct implementation, optimization, and enhancement projects from the gathering of requirements to deployment.

• Evaluate accounting and operational processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and system enhancement.

• Configure Intacct modules, dimensions, workflows, dashboards, custom reports, and integrations.

• Offer strategic consulting on financial management best practices, system controls, and reporting capabilities.

• Simplify complex accounting and technical concepts into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Lead client workshops, presentations, training sessions, and solution demonstrations.

• Create and maintain project documentation, business requirements, process maps, configuration guides, and training materials.

• Stay updated on Sage Intacct product releases, new features, enhancements, and industry best practices.

• Ensure timely project delivery within scope and in alignment with client expectations.

• Monitor client adoption and suggest ongoing improvement opportunities to maximize system value.

• Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication, consultative guidance, and relationship management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred certifications include Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist, Certified Consultant, or similar credentials.

• A minimum of 4 years of consulting, implementation, or financial systems experience with Sage Intacct.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (support, consulting, or implementation) is essential.

• Experience with ERP implementations, system integrations, and process improvement initiatives is necessary.

• Proven experience in leading client-facing projects and managing multiple priorities.

• Capability to handle multiple client engagements and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong comprehension of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, consolidations, and month-end close processes.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).

• Capability to operate effectively in a remote work environment.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and Canada.
