Client Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, document, and implement sophisticated solutions for end-user computing systems.

• Deliver highly available software distribution and patch management services.

• Monitor system performance and ensure stability.

• Support and guarantee the reliability of deployed technologies, systems, and processes in accordance with established protocols and industry best practices.

• Create software packages and deployment scripts.

• Provide support for Windows 11 environments and address workstation vulnerabilities.

• Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Intune, Company Portal, and deployment.

• Participate in maintenance and upgrades during non-business hours and be part of an on-call rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and deploying software packages for Windows 11 environments.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune, including creating application packages and resolving deployment issues.

• Proficiency in PowerShell, PSADT, AdminStudio, and system scripting.

• Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windows 11, Intune, and Company Portal.

• Knowledge of application packaging and automated software deployment methodologies.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Patch My PC and vulnerability management tools like Qualys.

• Preferred: Understanding of certificates, application signing, and Microsoft AppLocker.

• Preferred: Experience in managing Intune policies.

• Preferred: Background in Citrix XenApp or similar application virtualization solutions.

• Preferred: Experience with Nexthink or NinjaOne in remote desktop environments.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting developer communities.

• Preferred: Knowledge of ServiceNow, change management, and ticketing systems.

• Preferred: Scrum experience and/or relevant technical or ITIL certifications.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology is required.

• Understanding of infrastructure technologies, including workstations, networking, storage, virtualization, and the integration of these systems.

• Must be willing to modify schedule for maintenance and upgrades outside regular business hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
