This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Market Professional Services across various accounts in the Central US region.
• Create revenue opportunities by designing client solutions and service offerings.
• Develop an opportunity pipeline to achieve quarterly booking goals.
• Negotiate project deliverables, timelines, and costs with both external suppliers and internal OpenText teams.
• Foster relationships and engage with C-level stakeholders to influence strategic choices.
• Regularly update opportunity status in the CEM system (Salesforce.com).
• Collaborate with the sales team to increase revenue in existing accounts through solution realization, enhancements, and operational services.
• Oversee resource forecasting, opportunity forecasting, proposal/SOW writing, approvals, contract status, and invoicing status.
• Accurately report quarterly revenue and bookings to the Regional Vice-President.
• Collaborate with Professional Services on RFP development, opportunity tracking, business development sessions, and account activity communication.
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma and/or significant IM/IT experience (10+ years) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in selling Professional Services.
• In-depth knowledge of complex business and technical processes and their implications for enterprises.
• Familiarity with project management disciplines and processes.
• Preferred knowledge of OpenText product offerings and their alignment with client business needs.
• Ability to apply standard methodologies for evaluating and sizing opportunities.
• Capable of translating business requirements into OpenText modules and providing budgetary estimates.
• Minimum of two years of prior experience successfully closing and overseeing engagements with total annual fees of at least $1 million.
• Experience selling to and/or working with enterprise clients throughout the United States.
• Excellent communication skills and a mature professional demeanor.
• At least 10 to 15 years of overall work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 3–4 days per week as needed.
