Client Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Drive the growth of Professional Services business development throughout Türkiye and the STAN countries.

• Establish a qualified pipeline to meet quarterly booking and revenue targets.

• Create and finalize Professional Services proposals and responses to RFPs.

• Lead commercial negotiations concerning services contracts with clients and external vendors.

• Oversee SOWs, approvals, contracting, invoicing, and opportunity forecasting.

• Define project scope and estimates while coordinating resources for potential engagements.

• Take ownership of commercial results for services delivery projects and manage any escalations.

• Collaborate with Product Sales, Technical Pre-Sales, Value Engineering, OpenText services teams, partners, and contractors to transform customer needs into successful service engagements.

• Proven track record in selling Professional Services and leading successful client engagements, primarily in commercial and government sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to finalize significant service engagements and achieve commercial results.

• History of developing service accounts across various industry sectors.

• Proven capability to navigate complex business and technical processes within enterprises.

• Strong commercial insight when interacting with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders.

• Experience in planning and executing large-scale projects using established project management methodologies.

• Ability to align OpenText offerings with customer needs and formulate early-stage estimates.
