
Client Delivery Supervisor – Commercial Deposits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of client delivery specialists.
• Offer continuous guidance, performance evaluations, and support for professional growth.
• Manage daily client delivery operations.
• Address service-related concerns and ensure prompt and accurate resolution of requests.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of policies, procedures, and operational strategies.
• Encourage compliance with policies and procedures within the team.
• Maintain and revise operational procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
• Handle a selected portfolio of prominent client and internal department accounts.
• Conduct account setup and maintenance tasks.
• Cultivate expertise in treasury management products and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate the implementation and servicing of treasury management solutions.
• Support system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and activities related to acquisitions that affect client delivery operations.
• Report any suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence.
• Notify management or HR of customer complaints and procedural violations.
• Report ethical issues to Associated Bank’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.
• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in treasury management client delivery services, bank deposit servicing, or banking operations.
• Strong understanding of deposit operations and account opening procedures.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to drive lawfully, if necessary.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience (preferred).
• Experience in treasury management (preferred).
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification (preferred).
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification obtained within two years (preferred).
• Must accurately represent yourself and your experiences throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
• Successful completion of Associated Bank’s background check for new hires.
• Must adhere to relevant enterprise policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
