This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and manage the department's personnel
β’ Guarantee that daily operations function efficiently and effectively
β’ Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure prompt and high-quality responses to client inquiries and product offerings
β’ Ensure fair workload distribution to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
β’ Develop, coordinate, and assess monthly spreadsheets for clients
β’ Keep accurate and up-to-date client and examinee data in systems and databases
β’ Generate custom and ad hoc reports as needed
β’ Maintain regular communication with the QA department regarding workflow and the status of pending reports
β’ Foster client relationships and fulfill client-specific requirements
β’ Ensure adherence to federal ERISA and state regulations
β’ Advocate for the efficient use of clinical resources and suggest improvements to management
β’ Address physician and customer complaints or quality assurance concerns
β’ Provide support for various departmental roles
β’ Advise management on consultant quality, availability, and compliance with policies
β’ Engage in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures
β’ Attend management meetings
β’ Participate in training and educational activities
β’ Execute additional duties as assigned
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
β’ A minimum of one to three years of clerical experience, or a comparable mix of education and experience
β’ Supervisory experience in a medical office or insurance sector is preferred
β’ Proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and the Internet
β’ Capability to perform arithmetic calculations with whole numbers and decimals, including rates and percentages
β’ Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
β’ Ability to accurately follow management directives
β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
β’ Excellent communication abilities
β’ Competence to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
β’ Capacity to maintain confidentiality
β’ Skill in fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
β’ Ability to concentrate amidst normal or significant distractions
β’ Capability to perform well under pressure or in stressful situations
β’ Adaptability to manage changes, delays, or unforeseen events appropriately
β’ Reliability in adherence to the company's attendance policy
β’ Experience with an Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) and familiarity with the Federal IDR/No Surprises Act process is a substantial advantage, though not essential
β’ Comprehensive training on workflows and processes
β’ Monday to Friday work schedule
