This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Manage cases via CMS and client portals, which includes entering, reviewing, and verifying eligibility and case details.

• Accurately prepare, enter, track, and maintain data.

• Obtain medical records from external sources and upload them into internal systems.

• Assess documentation for completeness and precision.

• Address client emails regarding case status, reports, concerns, and inquiries.

• Liaise with providers, physicians, and clinicians to assign cases and update records.

• Maintain communication with internal teams concerning pending reports and case progress.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

• Utilize multiple systems and databases for entering, retrieving, and managing case information.

• Participate in virtual training and shadowing on the first day.

• Achieve accuracy and productivity goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in patient access, healthcare administration, or a related field.

• Proficient data entry and computer skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Exceptional written communication skills and professional email etiquette.

• Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational abilities.

• Capability to multitask and quickly adapt to shifting priorities.

• Ability to follow instructions and rapidly learn new systems.

• Comfortable working independently and performing repetitive tasks.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.

• A private, distraction-free workspace is necessary.

• Experience in eligibility review is preferred.

• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.

• Experience with Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) is preferred.

• Background in reviewing contracts, legal documents, or medical records is preferred.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities are preferred.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST.
