This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +1 more country.
• Oversee global projects for the creation and modification of artwork from the initial brief to final approval.
• Evaluate incoming requests, determine feasibility, and confirm that all necessary information is available.
• Manage artwork activities across various markets, production sites, and external manufacturing partners.
• Ensure that artwork briefs are thorough, precise, and aligned with the project specifications.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders from affiliates, Regulatory, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, MS&T, and Graphic Design.
• Clarify project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize artwork reviews and secure necessary approvals.
• Maintain artwork information and metadata in Veeva Vault.
• Follow up on approvals to ensure timelines are adhered to.
• Identify and communicate any impacts regarding timing, costs, or project scope.
• Coordinate artwork forecasts while evaluating the graphic team's capacity and workload.
• Recognize risks, discrepancies, and bottlenecks, escalating when necessary.
• Monitor and uphold artwork-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to ongoing improvement and optimization of processes.
• Assist in training and knowledge-sharing efforts.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the graphics, artwork, or packaging field.
• Proven experience in coordinating artwork creation and modification projects.
• Exceptional project coordination and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines effectively.
• Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional setting.
• Background in liaising with customers, affiliates, or other stakeholders while managing their expectations.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent communication skills along with a collaborative approach.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• A degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with a focus on graphics, packaging, or print.
• Global opportunities across international markets, business units, and production sites.
• Comprehensive exposure to the artwork process from initial briefing to approval and production.
• Collaborative work with teams across Regulatory, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and creative sectors.
• Flexibility of remote working.
