Client Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client configuration and deployment of Emiri, Circana’s AI-driven natural language tool.

• Assist with Emiri’s configuration dependencies, such as prompt templates and setup requirements.

• Create UI mockups or flow diagrams and convert feedback into actionable development stories or bug reports.

• Document and uphold configuration processes, tips, and how-to guidance for internal use.

• Collaborate with client success and client teams to clarify configuration needs and promote effective prompting.

• Conduct root cause analysis to pinpoint scalability and user-friendliness enhancements.

• Mentor commercial teams on Liquid AI configuration and functionality.

• Support essential client meetings and demonstrations.

• Test enhancements and fixes prior to release to guarantee quality and expected performance.

• Expand Emiri's reach across Circana industries, markets, and datasets worldwide.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Circana tools, including Unify+, model/report creation, and preferably Emiri.

• Experience in configuration management, technical product operations, or client solutions roles.

• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple client configurations while ensuring timely delivery and service levels.

• Experience with generative AI tools such as OpenAI or Claude.

• Strong communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users and facilitate collaboration across teams.

• Willingness to learn about prompt engineering and system behavior.

• Process-oriented approach to issue management, quality assurance, and feedback loops.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar issue-tracking and documentation systems.

• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics and reporting.

• Multilingual proficiency in French, German, Spanish, and/or Italian is preferred.

• Working knowledge of JSON with a keen attention to structure and formatting is preferred.

• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or custom internal tools is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams or providing user-centered feedback is preferred.
