This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer service inquiries and requests.

• Guide customers on Monster Transmission’s products, services, and current promotions.

• Deliver precise updates regarding order status, anticipated changes, and potential delays.

• Adhere to company protocols while addressing client requirements.

• Generate and maintain comprehensive records for client interactions.

• Respond to and create tickets within the Zoho ticketing system.

• Return customer voicemails promptly.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Report to the Client Care Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a dynamic administrative or customer service position is preferred.

• Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (C.R.M.) system is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

• Exceptional customer relationship abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects concurrently.

• High emotional intelligence to de-escalate issues and ease customer concerns.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.

• Strong computer literacy.

• Ability to engage customers from the outset of the call through to resolution.

• Skill in fostering positive collaborative relationships.
