This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address and resolve issues raised by clients and therapists through phone and live chat.
• Conduct in-depth investigations to identify the root causes of problems.
• Collaborate with Product teams to enhance the platform.
• Assist and educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and therapists.
• Act as the primary resource and advocate for clients and therapists.
• Ensure that clients and therapists feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
• Minimum of one year of experience with insurance across various commercial and government payers.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and ICD-10/CPT codes, ideally in the mental health sector.
• Experience with Claim MD or Availity for benefit verification.
• Proficient in reading EOBs and clearly explaining benefits to patients.
• Familiarity with various payer portals.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable with uncertainty and asynchronous communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about health technology.
• Kindness and empathy, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while adapting to shifting priorities and customer needs.
• Comfort in meeting quantitative metrics, including daily conversation volume.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to its growth.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in Spanish.
